1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of medical products from (“we,” “our,” “us”) through our website, authorized sales channels, or in-person transactions. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms in full.

2. Nature of Sale

1. All medical products sold by us are durable goods intended for personal or professional use, depending on the product’s classification.
2. Once the product has been sold and delivered, we do not accept any responsibility or liability for the manner in which it is used, applied, or administered. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is used appropriately, safely, and in accordance with any instructions provided.
3. We have no control over, nor do we assume responsibility for, the use or application of the product once ownership has transferred.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY), Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) & US Dollar (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Payment in full is required prior to the dispatch of goods.
3. Accepted payment methods include: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Amex credit cards.
4. All transactions are processed securely, and we do not store payment card details.

4. Order Confirmation

1. An order is considered accepted when you receive an Order Confirmation Email containing the order number, product details, and total amount paid.
2. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you promptly and issue a refund where applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

1. Product descriptions, specifications, and usage guidelines provided on our website or packaging are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:
   • Misuse of the product after delivery
   • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product
3. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

6. Governing Law

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hong Kong.
